Age: 18+. 18+ to enter, with or without a guardian, and 21+ for alcohol and VIP. A valid physical photo ID is required; digital, school and consular IDs are not accepted.
Camping: No camping, and sleeping in cars in the parking lots is not permitted.
Re-entry: No re-entry or ins and outs per day. Entry is allowed until an hour before the event ends.
Bags: Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 in, or a clear or non-clear clutch up to 6 x 9 in. Hydration packs with up to two main compartments are allowed if empty on entry.

Rideshare: Rideshare, taxi and guest drop-off area is next to Big Lots, entered off S. E Street behind Target.
Public transit: Metrolink trains run to San Bernardino-Downtown station, a short walk from the entrance. A late Insomniac special train leaves at 03:00 Saturday and 02:00 Sunday toward L.A. Union Station.
Accessibility: Accessible parking, an accessible entry lane and viewing areas are available; get a free accessibility wristband at the Accessibility Services Hub after entry. No pre-registration is needed.

VIP requires 21+ and is not refundable, but you can make an even exchange for a GA pass in person at the box office.

What if my ID is lost or expired?

Expired IDs are accepted only with DMV renewal documents; if your ID was lost or stolen, bring a government-issued interim license or passport.

How many tickets can I buy?

Tickets are limited to four per person, paid by credit or debit card.
