about
Supertask (Kyle Bishoff) is a downtempo bass music producer from Portland, Oregon, and a member of Lab Group. His distinctive sound combines elements of trip-hop, ambient, and lo-fi hip-hop, blending heavy and calm, engaging and introspective, danceable and meditative. Drawing influences from glitch hop, hip hop, dub, reggae, jazz, and electronic music, Supertask crafts sophisticated beats, ethereal soundscapes, and dreamy melodies that remind listeners of a side of bass music often overlooked.
